Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), subject to the conditions below.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/seals intact. Items that are opened, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects or damage.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

4. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned: e.g. opened hygiene-sensitive products, custom orders, bundles marked “final sale”, or other designated items.

5. Return Shipping
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. If we provide a return shipping label, that cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Process
Once item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you within 3-5 business days. If approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (may depend on your bank or payment provider).

7. Exchanges / Store Credit
If you prefer an exchange, or if refund isn’t possible, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Handling Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return is our error.

9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, returns are handled per above.
